1. Replace “How did you hear about us?” with a fuller journey
A prospective client may not remember the first interaction with your firm. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes records that can include channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. It also describes calls joining the same journey record. That distinction matters in Norwich: a local inquiry may begin on a page about a practice area, return later through another path and finally arrive by phone. A client’s memory is not a dependable substitute for the recorded path.
Recommended approach
Review whether your current intake records preserve the first identifiable source, the page that prompted contact, the case type and the eventual outcome. Keep Norwich city and Chenango County as separate geographic labels wherever that distinction affects routing or reporting; do not treat the city’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries.
