1. Start with the handoff, not the town’s population
The Census record identifies Niskayuna as a municipal town in Schenectady County and reports a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 23,591. That is useful for defining the service geography, but it cannot tell you how many people contact your firm, which matters they ask about, or how quickly your staff can respond. Automation should therefore begin with your own path from first inquiry to next action. Review where a Niskayuna inquiry arrives, who sees it, what information is captured, and what must happen before a consultation or attorney review.
Recommended approach
Bring a current intake example to the consultation. Decide whether the first priority is capture, ownership, qualification, follow-up, calendar booking or the handoff into case management. Keep Schenectady County in the geographic description of the service area, but do not use population as a proxy for pipeline performance.
