Define the geographic footprint before requesting reviews
Niagara town and Niagara County are not interchangeable labels. A firm may serve people in Niagara town, elsewhere in Niagara County, or across a wider New York service area. A review strategy should not treat the town’s population estimate as a proxy for search demand or assume that every reviewer represents the same market. Instead, identify the communities, courts, practice areas and client groups that your firm actually serves. Then decide whether one Google Business Profile and one reputation program accurately represent that footprint. The location fact changes the implementation question: are you trying to build credibility for a town-centered practice, a county-wide firm, or a broader New York service area?
Recommended approach
Bring your current service-area description, Google Business Profile details and practice-area priorities to a consultation. Ask Bosseo to separate geographic coverage from review activity so that a larger review count is not mistaken for evidence of demand or competitive position.
