1. Define what “Massena” means in your reporting
A firm may use Massena as a place of practice, a service area or a page topic. Those are different reporting questions. The Census identifies Massena village as a municipality and records its relationship to St. Lawrence County; it does not say where your prospective clients live or where your signed matters originate. Attribution should therefore preserve the distinction between Massena village, the wider county, other New York locations and any areas your firm elects to serve. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes channel, referrer, landing page, device, sessions and intake answers as part of a lead journey. Those fields can help you inspect geography alongside the actual source path, provided your firm defines the geography it wants to evaluate.
Recommended approach
Before booking a review, write down the locations your firm actually serves and decide whether Massena reporting should cover the village only, St. Lawrence County, or a broader New York service area. Ask Bosseo how those geographic distinctions would appear in the records and roll-ups. Do not use the Census population estimate as a forecast of inquiries or cases.
