1. Start with the Liberty service boundary
A Liberty firm may serve the town, other parts of Sullivan County, or clients elsewhere in New York. Those are different operating boundaries. Bosseo’s Automation page describes a workflow that captures a form, call, chat or video intake, records contact details, case type and notes, then routes the inquiry into connected systems. Before any configuration is considered, identify which inquiries belong to the firm and which require a response, referral or exclusion. The Census record identifies Liberty as a municipal town in Sullivan County; it does not show where your clients come from.
Recommended approach
Bring a representative description of your service territory to the consultation. Decide whether routing should distinguish Liberty from the rest of Sullivan County or from other New York locations, and define the matters your firm accepts. Treat those as firm decisions, not conclusions drawn from population.
