1. Start with the Levittown service boundary, not a population assumption
Your firm may serve Levittown while also accepting matters from elsewhere in Nassau County or New York. Those are different geographic questions. The Census record identifies Levittown as a CDP and records its county relationship as Nassau County. It does not show how many people contact a particular practice area or how many calls your team should receive. Intake Coach therefore makes sense as an operational review, not as a population-based forecast. Begin by deciding which calls belong in the review: callers identifying Levittown, callers elsewhere in Nassau County, or all calls handled by the firm.
Recommended approach
During a consultation, define the geographic labels your team actually uses and decide whether location should be captured as a key intake fact. Keep service-area analysis separate from conclusions about demand or case value.
