1. Start with the matters your Kenmore practice actually accepts
The Census identifies Kenmore as a municipality in Erie County. It does not identify practice-area demand, search behavior or the kinds of matters your firm should accept. Your intake design therefore needs to begin with your own service boundaries. Bosseo’s public Video Intake description says the survey can be built around practice areas, with a question path for each case type. It also describes qualification by case type, urgency and fit. That gives you a way to distinguish the matters you want reviewed from inquiries that do not match your firm’s criteria.
Recommended approach
List the practice areas you actively serve in Kenmore, elsewhere in Erie County or another defined service area. For each one, identify the facts that determine whether a visitor should proceed, receive a follow-up request or be directed elsewhere. Do not use Kenmore’s population as a proxy for the number of cases available. Treat geography as a routing and eligibility question that your firm must define.
