What is Bosseo Video Intake?+
Bosseo describes it as a guided video survey that lives on a law firm’s website. Visitors answer one question at a time, with the flow organized around the firm’s practice areas and qualification criteria.
Does Kaser’s population prove that my firm needs Video Intake?+
No. Kaser’s 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 5,694, with a margin of error of 23. That establishes population context only. It does not prove legal demand, website activity, competition, leads, cases or revenue.
Can the intake cover more than one practice area?+
Bosseo’s public page says each practice area can have its own qualification path. Your firm should review the proposed case types and approve the questions, weighting and routing before treating a path as ready for use.
Where do completed inquiries go?+
Bosseo says completed intakes can be delivered with answers attached and describes delivery to an inbox, CRM and case-management environment as part of its product ecosystem. Confirm the destination, tags, connection and configuration for your firm during the consultation.
Can the firm decide which inquiries require human review?+
The firm should define the review and escalation rules. Video Intake may organize answers around case type, urgency and fit, but it does not replace conflict review, legal judgment or the firm’s decision about whether to contact or accept a matter.
What should we test before using Video Intake?+
Review the mobile experience, question wording, practice-area branches, accessibility, location handling, incomplete answers, urgent language, ownership, delivery and follow-up. Also agree on how the firm will distinguish completed intakes from qualified or accepted matters.
