Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The Census record identifies Jamestown city and its relationship to Chautauqua County. A firm may serve clients in the city, elsewhere in the county, or across a wider New York service area. Those are different audiences. A review program should therefore distinguish the location of the firm, the location of the client, and the geographic scope stated in the firm’s public profiles. Population eligibility can support deciding whether Jamestown belongs in the review, but it cannot tell you how many people are searching for a lawyer or how many reviews you may receive.
Recommended approach
Before engaging Bosseo, define whether the program is for a Jamestown profile, a Chautauqua County practice area, or a broader New York footprint. Ask how review activity will be attributed to the profile and service area you actually operate. Do not use the city population as a forecast.
