1. Define what “qualified” means before you measure it
Attribution is only useful when the firm has a consistent way to describe an inquiry. A source can tell you whether a person arrived through organic search, an AI referral, a Local Services Ad, direct traffic or a referral, but it does not by itself decide whether the matter fits your practice. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes intake answers attached to the journey, including case type and source in one record. For a Hornell-serving practice, start by deciding which intake answers matter to your review: practice area, location or service area, urgency, consultation status and disposition, where those fields are appropriate to your process. Do not treat Hornell’s population estimate as a proxy for any of those answers.
Recommended approach
Bring your current intake categories to the consultation. Ask Bosseo which fields can be connected to the lead journey and which decisions remain with your firm. Define “qualified inquiry,” “consultation,” “retained matter” and “not a fit” in operational terms before comparing channels.
