1. Start with the geography your profile is meant to serve
A Hewlett firm may serve clients in the CDP, elsewhere in Nassau County, or across a wider New York service area. Those are different choices. The Census record identifies Hewlett as a CDP in Nassau County; it does not show where prospective clients search, where existing clients live, or how far a firm should extend its public positioning. A review strategy therefore needs a defined service area before the firm compares profiles or decides which client experiences to request publicly.
Recommended approach
Map the firm’s actual intake geography before changing review language. Separate Hewlett from Nassau County and from any broader New York coverage. Review whether the Google Business Profile, website references and consultation language describe the same area. Bosseo can discuss geographic coverage and how reputation decisions fit with other marketing services, but the firm should approve the areas it is genuinely prepared to serve.
