Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The Census record identifies Greenburgh as a municipal town in Westchester County, New York. It does not say which communities, practice areas or channels produce legal inquiries. That distinction matters when reviewing a dashboard: a Greenburgh view should not silently be treated as a Westchester County view, a New York view or evidence about every household and individual in the town. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard description includes city data, keyword targets and source attribution. Ask how your firm’s geographic labels would be defined before relying on a location comparison.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area definition to the review. Separate Greenburgh from Westchester County and from any broader New York coverage. Decide whether the dashboard should report location by keyword target, landing-page location, caller information, lead form data or another documented field. If a location cannot be reliably determined, mark it unknown rather than turning an assumption into a market conclusion.
