Use Greece’s geography to define the service area, not to guess demand
The Census record identifies Greece as a municipal-town in Monroe County. A law firm may serve Greece, other Monroe County communities, or a broader New York territory, but the town’s population estimate is not evidence that calls will arrive at a particular rate. It also does not show which practice areas callers will ask about. Start with the geographic language your firm actually uses in its intake and decide whether the answering experience should distinguish Greece matters from inquiries elsewhere in your service area.
Recommended approach
Write a clear service-area rule for the answering experience. Review whether the caller should be asked where the matter occurred, where the caller lives, or whether the firm accepts the matter based on another location rule. Have counsel approve the wording before use.
