1. Start with the call path, not the town’s population
Frankfort is a municipal town in New York, recorded in Herkimer County. The Census estimate describes the place; it does not show how many people call your office, when they call or whether they need a lawyer. For AI Answering, that distinction matters. A firm should review its own unanswered calls, after-hours calls, busy signals and overflow before deciding what the system must do. Bosseo’s public product page describes a team-first path: calls ring the firm first, and the AI steps in if nobody answers within 20 seconds.
Recommended approach
Map your current path for a call received during office hours, after hours, a holiday and a period when all lines are occupied. Decide which calls should reach the AI, who owns the next callback and which situations require prompt human review. Use Frankfort and Herkimer County as service-area labels only; do not use local population as a substitute for phone evidence.
