1. Start with the profile clients actually compare
Bosseo describes Google Business Profile as the center of its Reputation & Reviews service. Its public page says the service is intended to request reviews from real clients, keep requests recurring for new clients, and provide responses to reviews. Those are capabilities presented by Bosseo; they are not proof that a Farmington profile will rank, generate calls, or outperform another firm. The Farmington location matters because a profile serving people in Farmington may also need to represent the firm’s relationship to Ontario County and any additional service areas the firm chooses to state accurately. A town population estimate cannot tell you how many people search for a lawyer or how many firms compete for those searches.
Recommended approach
Before booking a consultation, record the firm’s current profile name, address or service-area presentation, practice categories, rating, review count, review dates, unanswered reviews, and the geographic language used on the profile. Decide whether the firm’s public profile accurately describes the places and matters it serves. Ask Bosseo to review the profile rather than treating Farmington’s population as a demand forecast.
