Start with a geography your firm can defend
Endwell is recorded as a CDP in Broome County, New York. That distinction matters when you evaluate local reporting. A dashboard should not silently treat an Endwell result as a Broome County result, or treat a county result as evidence about every household or individual in Endwell. Before reviewing performance, identify the geographic scope of each question: Endwell alone, Broome County, another service area, or New York more broadly. The public ROI Dashboard page describes city data, rankings and source attribution as part of its reporting approach. The relevant question for your firm is how those labels would be defined for your own campaigns and matters.
Recommended approach
Bring a written list of the locations your firm actually serves. Ask how each location would appear in a report, how overlapping geographies would be separated, and which decisions should rely on place-level data rather than population context.
