1. Put Elbridge geography in the right measurement frame
The Census record identifies Elbridge as a town in Onondaga County. It does not prove that a caller is an Elbridge resident, that a matter arose there, or that a particular service area has demand. For an Elbridge firm, the dashboard review should distinguish town-level reporting from county, broader New York coverage and any other geographic targets the firm chooses to evaluate. A location label alone is not an outcome. The decision is whether the geographic fields attached to calls, forms, rankings and matters are defined clearly enough to support budget discussions.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic information would be represented, what source supplies it, and how the firm would prevent an Elbridge label from being treated as proof of a case, signed matter or revenue. Keep population as context, not as a dashboard KPI.
