What is Bosseo Video Intake?+
Bosseo describes it as a guided video survey that lives on a law firm’s website. A visitor answers questions one at a time, with the flow organized around the firm’s practice areas and intended qualification decisions.
Can an East Aurora firm use different questions for different practice areas?+
Bosseo’s public product page says each practice area can have its own qualification path. During a consultation, the firm should confirm how its selected matter types, questions, weighting and routing would be represented.
Does submitting the intake mean the firm has accepted the matter?+
Not necessarily. The intake is a way to collect and evaluate an inquiry. The firm should define its own acceptance, rejection, escalation and communication language and have the appropriate reviewer approve it.
Where do completed inquiries go?+
Bosseo says completed inquiries can be delivered with answers attached and describes delivery to an inbox, CRM and case-management system when paired with Bosseo Automation. Ask Bosseo to confirm the destination and connection available for your firm’s systems.
Should the firm use the same intake for East Aurora and the rest of Erie County?+
That is a firm decision. First define the geographic scope the firm actually serves, then decide whether location changes eligibility, ownership or follow-up. The Census relationship between East Aurora and Erie County does not determine the firm’s service boundary.
How should we judge whether Video Intake is working?+
Separate starts, completions, qualified inquiries, consultations, follow-up status and final dispositions. Compare those measures with a clearly defined prior process only when the definitions and review period are comparable. Do not treat population, search visibility or form completion alone as proof of business results.
