Start with the right geographic coverage
Delhi is recorded as a town in Delaware County, not as a synonym for every nearby community or for New York generally. Your review process should therefore reflect the territory your firm serves. A profile may be associated with one location while prospective clients may come from a wider service area. That makes geographic wording, profile information and inquiry attribution important decisions. Population data can provide context about the municipality, but it cannot tell you whether a particular practice area has demand or whether a review program will produce cases.
Recommended approach
List the communities, county relationships and service boundaries your firm is prepared to state publicly. Review whether your Google Business Profile, website contact details and review responses describe that coverage accurately. Do not use the Delhi population estimate as a forecast. Instead, compare the places named in actual inquiries with the places your firm intends to serve.
