1. Define what “ROI” means before reviewing the screen
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says the system can show rankings, calls, leads, case types, matters, retainers and revenue signals. That makes definitions a first-order buying question. A “call,” “lead,” “potential new client,” “matter” and “signed case” should not be treated as interchangeable. The page also describes contacts being classified as Potential New Client, Current Client or Other, with leads tagged by case type. Ask how those classifications would be applied to your firm and which fields you would be able to review.
Recommended approach
Write down the outcomes that matter to your Cornwall practice before a consultation. For example, you might decide to compare inquiries about different practice areas, distinguish Cornwall from other Orange County locations, and review whether an inquiry progressed to a matter. Those are decisions for your firm to make, not facts about local demand. Request a walkthrough of the definitions, fields and attribution rules rather than accepting a single headline number.
