1. Put Corinth and Saratoga County in the right place
The Census record identifies Corinth as a municipal town in New York and records its county relationship as Saratoga County. It estimates the town’s 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population at 6,572, with a margin of error of 19. A town population is not a count of households seeking counsel, and Saratoga County is not interchangeable with Corinth. That distinction matters when a dashboard displays city, county or broader geographic performance. Ask which geographic label belongs to each keyword, page, call and lead. A result associated with Saratoga County should not automatically be described as a Corinth result. Likewise, a Corinth contact should not be assumed to represent the entire county.
Recommended approach
During evaluation, require a geography definition for every location field. Review Corinth and Saratoga County separately where the dashboard permits, and document how broader New York coverage is reported. Do not use the Census estimate as a forecast. Use it only as context for deciding how carefully the firm should separate town, county and statewide views.
