1. Set the geographic definition before reviewing results
Clarkson is recorded as a municipal town in Monroe County. Your firm may serve Clarkson alone, Monroe County more broadly, or additional New York locations. Those are different reporting scopes. A dashboard review should therefore begin by asking what “Clarkson” means in each metric: a tracked keyword target, a call location, a page reference, a client address, or another field. The population estimate describes the town; it does not establish how many people need legal services or how many searches produce viable matters. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says the system can show rankings, case-type leads, city data and source attribution. The value of those views depends on agreed definitions.
Recommended approach
Bring a written geographic map to the consultation. Separate Clarkson from Monroe County and from any wider New York service area. Ask how each geographic label is assigned, displayed and reviewed before treating a number as a market signal.
