1. Start with Cairo’s actual service boundary
The Census record identifies Cairo as a municipal town in Greene County, New York. It does not establish the size of a legal market, the number of website visitors, the number of inquiries or the types of matters your firm receives. A Video Intake review should therefore begin with the geographic choices your firm actually makes: whether the intake is for Cairo alone, Cairo and other Greene County communities, or a broader New York service area. Those are different routing and qualification questions. A visitor’s location may affect whether the inquiry belongs with your firm, needs review, or should be escalated for a human decision.
Recommended approach
Write the geographic questions your firm is permitted to ask and decide what each answer should do. Do not use Cairo’s population as a forecast. Instead, review whether location is a qualification field, a routing field, an attorney-review trigger or simply information for the first consultation.
