1. Put the whole inquiry journey in one record
Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as capturing a lead’s channel, referrer, landing page, device and session detail, then attaching intake answers to that journey. Its public page also describes calls joining the same journey and outcome tracking through consultation and signed case. This is more useful than relying only on a person’s memory of how they found the firm. A response such as “Google” does not identify the page, return visit or channel that preceded the call. Cairo’s recorded relationship to Greene County gives you a defined service area to examine, but it does not tell you which pages or channels produce viable matters.
Recommended approach
Review whether your intake records preserve the source, landing page, case type and later status together. During a consultation, ask Bosseo to explain which journey fields would be available for your firm and how those fields would be connected to your existing inquiry paths.
