What does Lead Attribution show for a lead?+
Bosseo describes a record containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device and session detail, with intake answers attached to the journey. The exact information available to your firm should be confirmed during the consultation.
Can it include phone calls?+
Bosseo’s public page says phone calls can join the same journey record, including a transcript and case-type tag from the phone system where applicable. Ask how that connection would work with your current phone and intake arrangements.
Does it measure signed cases or only inquiries?+
Bosseo describes tracking through consultation and signed case, not only the initial lead. Your firm should define each outcome and confirm how those updates would be recorded before using the figures for budget decisions.
Will it tell us whether Brunswick has legal demand?+
No measurement service should be presented as proving demand from population alone. Brunswick’s 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 12,524, but that fact does not establish search activity, inquiries, competition, cases or revenue. Attribution evaluates recorded journeys and outcomes after they occur.
Do we need to change our intake script?+
Bosseo says attribution runs behind the scenes on the website and intake tools and that staff do not need to manage manual tagging. Even so, review your existing intake fields, call process, permissions and outcome definitions before adopting a reporting arrangement.
How is this different from aggregate analytics?+
Bosseo positions Lead Attribution as connecting a specific lead’s journey with source, intake and outcome information, rather than showing only anonymous traffic in aggregate. Ask the consultation team to explain which records and stages would be available for your firm.
