Start with the right Bronxville geography
The Census record identifies Bronxville village as a municipality in Westchester County, New York. A dashboard decision should preserve that distinction. A Bronxville village target is not automatically the same as Westchester County coverage, New York statewide coverage or a wider metropolitan area. Those areas can produce different reporting questions and should not be combined merely because they are nearby. Population alone cannot establish demand, competition, search volume, cases or revenue. For your firm, the useful question is whether the dashboard can show the geographic definitions you actually use when reviewing calls, forms and matters.
Recommended approach
Before a consultation, write down the geographic labels that matter to your practice: Bronxville village, Westchester County, another service area or a broader New York scope. Ask how those labels would be represented in ranking, lead and attribution reviews. Treat any geographic comparison as a measurement decision, not as a forecast.
