What does Bosseo Lead Attribution show?+
Bosseo describes a lead record that can include channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. Its public page also describes calls, case-type information and outcomes connected to the journey.
Can it show whether an inquiry relates to Big Flats?+
It can be evaluated for how geographic information is recorded in your intake and journey data. Big Flats is in Chemung County, but geography should remain separate from the acquisition source. A location reference does not prove which channel produced the inquiry.
Does the Big Flats population estimate predict leads?+
No. The 2020–2024 ACS 5-year estimate records 5,651 residents for Big Flats CDP, with a margin of error of 388. That is population context only and does not establish demand, search activity, competition, leads or revenue.
Can phone calls be included?+
Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page says phone calls can join the same journey record, including the web session that produced the call. Ask how that would work with your firm’s current call records and how unattributed calls would be identified.
Do I need to rely on the client’s answer to “How did you hear about us?”+
Bosseo positions attribution as a way to review the recorded journey rather than rely only on memory or a manually entered source field. Your consultation should still address incomplete, conflicting or unavailable data.
Will attribution guarantee rankings or signed cases?+
No performance outcome should be assumed. Google states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. Attribution is for reviewing observed journeys and recorded outcomes; it is not proof of future rankings, inquiries or matters.
