1. Set the service area around the firm’s real coverage
Chaparral is a census-designated place in New Mexico associated with both Doña Ana County and Otero County. That relationship matters when your firm decides whether an LSA profile should cover Chaparral alone, nearby communities, one county, both counties or another defined service area. The population estimate describes Chaparral CDP; it does not establish the size of a legal advertising market or show where prospective clients search. Bosseo’s public LSA description identifies category and geography targeting as program settings.
Recommended approach
Begin with the locations your firm is actually prepared to serve and the case types it is prepared to accept. Review Chaparral and the two recorded county relationships separately rather than treating them as interchangeable. Confirm eligibility, travel expectations, court coverage and intake capacity before expanding geography. Measure inquiries by location so a broader setting does not hide an unproductive area.
