Define the geography before you judge performance
A firm can serve Alamogordo city, Otero County, New Mexico, or several distinct service areas. Those are not interchangeable labels. The Census record identifies Alamogordo as a municipality in Otero County; it does not establish where prospective clients search, call, retain counsel, or live. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes tracking for service-and-city targets and says the dashboard can show which cities produce calls. Before reviewing a result, ask which place label belongs to the keyword, landing page, call, form, or matter. A countywide view should not be presented as an Alamogordo-city result, and a New Mexico total should not be treated as an Otero County result.
Recommended approach
Write down the geographic scope for each practice area and decide whether Alamogordo and Otero County require separate reporting views or filters. Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how a city, county, and statewide result are distinguished before you use the dashboard in a budget meeting.
