Review the complete intake conversation, not a single outcome
A signed matter is an important result, but it does not explain what happened during the call. Intake Coach describes every intake call through several review points: an AI score out of 100, a winability estimate, the retainer quoted, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. That gives you a more useful basis for discussion than asking whether a caller eventually returned. The product page says calls are recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, and analyzed after the conversation. Before choosing a configuration, decide which parts of your intake standard matter most to the firm: complete contact details, deadlines, jurisdiction, case facts, next-step clarity, or another documented requirement.
Recommended approach
Bring your current intake checklist and a small set of representative calls to the consultation. Ask how the review would map to your existing standards, who should receive individual feedback, and which observations should be visible to an owner or manager.
