1. Start with geographic definitions that match your practice
The dashboard page describes rankings, calls, leads and case-type data, including city information. Your firm should decide what “Washington” means before relying on a geographic view. Here, Washington township is recorded in Warren County, New Jersey. It is not the same thing as Warren County, the wider state, a metropolitan area or every household and individual in the township. A report that mixes those levels can make a narrow local signal appear broader than it is, or hide activity from clients who contact a firm from elsewhere in New Jersey.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how locations are named and grouped in the dashboard. Separate Washington township from Warren County and from statewide service areas. If your firm accepts matters across New Jersey, review local and wider-area views separately rather than treating the township’s population estimate as a forecast of calls, cases or revenue.
