Use Washington’s geography to set the review boundary
The relevant local relationship is specific: Washington township is in Gloucester County, New Jersey. A firm may serve that township, the wider county or a broader New Jersey market, but those are different scopes. The township’s ACS population estimate is useful context when deciding which geographic calls to include in a review. It cannot tell you how many people contact a law firm or whether the firm needs more intake capacity.
Recommended approach
Define the geography by service area and caller source before reviewing performance. Separate Washington township calls from Gloucester County calls and from other New Jersey matters where that distinction affects qualification, attorney assignment or follow-up. Ask whether the same intake path applies to each area or whether jurisdiction, court location and consultation availability require different escalation rules.
