1. Start with the calls your Wall firm actually receives
A Wall practice may serve people in the township, elsewhere in Monmouth County, or across New Jersey. The Census record establishes Wall’s municipal status and county relationship; it does not show how many prospective clients contact your firm or what matters they ask about. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against your own conversations rather than a population-based assumption about opportunity. Review whether your intake records show the caller’s location, matter type, urgency, contact details and requested next step. The question is whether those details are captured consistently enough for another person to act on them.
Recommended approach
Bring a representative set of recent intake conversations to a consultation, subject to your firm’s confidentiality and consent obligations. Ask how the service would assess the information your firm considers necessary for Wall, Monmouth County and other New Jersey matters, without treating geography as a substitute for qualification.
