1. Start with Wall’s actual service area
The U.S. Census Bureau records Wall township as a municipal-town in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Its 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 26,541, with a margin of error of 38. That number describes the township’s population; it does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, inquiry volume or revenue. For attribution, the useful local question is narrower: which geographic references does your firm actually use when it records an inquiry? Wall township, Monmouth County and New Jersey are not interchangeable labels. If those distinctions matter to your practice, the reporting structure should preserve them rather than compressing every inquiry into a generic “local” source.
Recommended approach
Before a consultation, define the geographic labels your team uses for matters, consultations and marketing decisions. Ask Bosseo how those labels would relate to the journey data it describes, and avoid treating Wall’s population as a forecast of leads or cases.
