Start with the bottleneck, not a software wish list
Bosseo’s custom software service is designed around a firm’s workflow. Its public description identifies client portals, intake tools and internal dashboards as examples of possible builds, along with speed-to-lead tools, referral trackers, document-intake flows, calculators and connections between existing systems. That range does not mean every firm needs a large platform. The stronger decision is to identify one repeated task that causes avoidable handling, delay or duplicate entry. The Hills is recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau as a census-designated place in Somerset County, New Jersey, with a 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate of 10,785 and a margin of error of 639. That is geographic context, not proof of legal demand or operational need. Your firm’s own workflow should determine the build.
Recommended approach
Bring one sentence beginning, “Someone at the firm has to manually…” Describe who performs the task, what information they use, where the work stops and what must happen next. Ask Bosseo to confirm whether custom software is appropriate or whether an existing product is sufficient.
