1. Define the Stafford view before reviewing performance
A local dashboard is only useful when its geography is explicit. Stafford township is a municipal-town in Ocean County; Stafford, Ocean County and New Jersey should not be treated as interchangeable reporting areas. A firm may want to inspect township activity separately from county coverage or statewide rankings, but the dashboard should not blur those scopes. Bosseo’s public product text says the dashboard can show keyword rankings, city data, calls, leads and matters. During evaluation, ask which location labels will appear, how a service-and-city target is recorded, and whether a report can be read without confusing a Stafford signal with a county or statewide one.
Recommended approach
Bring a written geographic definition to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to show how Stafford township, Ocean County and New Jersey would be represented, then record which decisions each view is intended to support. Do not use Stafford’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries or revenue.
