1. Define the geography before you interpret the numbers
A Secaucus report should distinguish the municipality from Hudson County and from any wider New Jersey or metropolitan-area coverage your firm chooses to evaluate. The Census record identifies Secaucus town as a municipality in Hudson County. It does not establish demand, competition, legal need or expected case volume. That distinction matters when a dashboard shows rankings, calls or leads by city. A “Secaucus” label should have a stated definition, and a county or broader market label should not be treated as the same thing.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how city, county and broader geographic labels are defined in the dashboard, how overlapping coverage is handled and which geographic field appears in each report. Agree on the geographic questions your partners actually want answered before using local data for budget decisions.
