What does Intake Coach review?+
Bosseo describes a review that includes an AI score, winability estimate, quoted retainer, call-quality review, purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions. Ask during the consultation how each item would fit your firm’s intake standard.
Does Ridgewood’s population tell us how many calls we will receive?+
No. Ridgewood’s 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 26,308, with a margin of error of 33. That is population context only. It does not establish demand, call volume, competition, staffing needs, leads, cases or revenue.
Can Intake Coach decide whether the firm should accept a matter?+
Do not treat the coaching as a substitute for attorney judgment or your conflicts, eligibility and matter-acceptance procedures. Use the review to examine conversation quality, missing information, ownership and next steps.
Who can receive the coaching?+
Bosseo’s public page says the firm can direct coaching to the representative, intake manager, owner or more than one of them. Your firm should decide who needs call-specific feedback and who needs trend-level review.
Is Intake Coach the same as AI Answering?+
Bosseo describes both as part of its AI Phone System: AI Answering handles calls the team cannot answer, while Intake Coach reviews and coaches intake conversations. Ask Bosseo to explain which arrangement fits your existing phone and staffing model.
Can we use the scores as proof of signed cases or revenue?+
No. The public description presents scores and winability as intake measures. Compare them with your own records and definitions, and do not treat an automated estimate as proof of a legal outcome, signed matter or financial result.
