What does Bosseo Automation connect?+
Bosseo describes connections among website forms, calls, video intake, CRM, case-management tools, calendars and follow-up workflows. Its public page names Clio, MyCase, Filevine, PracticePanther, Smokeball, Lawmatics, HighLevel, Zapier and APIs, but your exact stack and connection path must be confirmed.
Will Automation replace our CRM or case-management software?+
Bosseo presents Automation as a way to connect the systems your firm already uses, not as a replacement for them. The consultation should establish which system owns each record and what information should move between systems.
Can the workflow cover Ramblewood and the rest of Burlington County?+
It can be evaluated around the geographic rules your firm chooses to use. Ramblewood is recorded in Burlington County, but the Census population estimate does not determine your service area, eligibility rules or routing policy.
What should happen when an inquiry needs legal judgment?+
Create an explicit escalation path to the appropriate staff member or attorney. Automation may log, route, assign and follow up according to configured rules, while conflicts, eligibility, deadlines and representation decisions require the human review your firm specifies.
Can follow-up vary by matter type?+
Bosseo’s public Automation page describes follow-up sequences by case type and says timing, wording and channel can be configured with the firm. Review the messages, consent requirements, stopping rules and handoff conditions before using them.
How should we evaluate whether Automation is working?+
Define operational events such as inquiry receipt, required information captured, owner assignment, first response, consultation booking and escalation completion. Compare those definitions with your firm’s actual records. Do not substitute population, assumed demand, rankings or revenue for intake evidence.
