1. Set the geographic question before reading the dashboard
Paulsboro and Gloucester County are not interchangeable labels. A firm may serve people in Paulsboro, cover the wider county, or accept matters from elsewhere in New Jersey. The dashboard’s geographic questions should therefore be stated before anyone interprets a city, county or service target. A Paulsboro population estimate is context for deciding what geography to examine; it is not evidence that a particular practice area has demand. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes city data, rankings, calls and leads as decision inputs. The consultation should establish which locations are relevant to your firm and whether a location field means the search target, the caller’s location, the matter location or another recorded value.
Recommended approach
Bring your actual service area and intake definitions to the review. Ask how Paulsboro, Gloucester County and broader New Jersey records would be separated, and do not treat a location total as a market-size or revenue forecast.
