Start with the call path, not the population estimate
Oradell’s recorded relationship to Bergen County helps define the geographic context for your firm’s local intake review. It does not tell you how many calls arrive, which practice areas they concern, or whether your existing staff has capacity. Intake Coach is therefore better evaluated against your actual response path: who answers, what happens when the call is missed, how a potential matter is screened, and who receives the follow-up responsibility. Bosseo’s public product description says every intake call can be recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and analyzed. Those capabilities give you a basis for reviewing the path your firm has chosen rather than treating location as a proxy for need.
Recommended approach
Bring a representative description of your current intake path to a consultation. Decide which moments should be reviewed first: the opening, matter-fit questions, callback confirmation, urgency, fee discussion, consultation scheduling, or handoff to an attorney. Ask which parts of that review are available for your proposed configuration.
