1. Set the geographic boundary before reviewing performance
Oak Ridge is a census-designated place, not a synonym for every nearby market. The Census record lists Morris County and Passaic County relationships, while the Bosseo page describes reporting by cities, states and case types. Those are different reporting dimensions. A useful review should therefore distinguish Oak Ridge from county-wide activity and from any broader New Jersey coverage. Otherwise, a county lead may be mistaken for an Oak Ridge lead, or a state ranking may be treated as local evidence.
Recommended approach
Ask for explicit geography fields or labels in the proposed reporting. Decide whether your firm wants to review Oak Ridge separately, compare it with Morris County and Passaic County, or evaluate a wider New Jersey footprint. Do not accept a local conclusion until the geographic definition is written down.
