1. Start with the geographic definition, not the headline number
Morris township is a municipal-town in Morris County, New Jersey. A firm may serve the township, the wider county, or another defined New Jersey service area. Those are different reporting scopes. A dashboard review should therefore make geography explicit: which service-area labels are tracked, which pages or campaigns are associated with them, and whether a reported result refers to Morris township, Morris County or a broader market. The Census population estimate can establish the municipality’s recorded size, but it cannot tell you how many people need counsel or how many searches produce viable matters.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how location is represented in the dashboard and how your firm would distinguish township activity from countywide activity. Do not approve a reporting definition that treats a municipal population as a forecast of calls or cases.
