1. Define the Monroe geography before reading the dashboard
The Census record identifies Monroe township as a municipal-town in Gloucester County, New Jersey. A dashboard review should preserve that distinction. “Monroe,” “Gloucester County,” and New Jersey are not interchangeable reporting scopes, and a population estimate is not evidence that residents are searching for legal services or that a particular practice area will produce cases. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard text describes tracking for service-and-city targets, city data, keyword positions and lead sources. Before adoption, determine whether a target labelled Monroe means the township, how county-level activity is separated, and how statewide rankings are displayed.
Recommended approach
Request a geography dictionary for every location label used in the dashboard. Review one illustrative Monroe target, one Gloucester County target and any statewide target without treating the example as a forecast. Decide which geographic levels belong in partner reporting and which belong only in operational review.
