Map the first-contact paths your firm actually uses
Bosseo’s Automation page describes lead capture from forms, calls, chat and video intake, followed by logging and tagging. That makes channel mapping the first practical decision. A Millville-serving firm may receive inquiries from people in the city, elsewhere in Cumberland County or outside the county; the location alone does not tell you which channel matters most. Separate the service area from the source of each inquiry, then identify what information arrives with it and where staff currently look for it.
Recommended approach
Review every current entry point and record the intended next action for each one. Ask whether the same contact information, case type, source and intake answers are available regardless of channel. Do not add a channel because population suggests demand; use your firm’s own records and consultation goals.
