Define what “ROI” means before reviewing the numbers
A dashboard is only useful when the firm agrees on the meaning of each number. Bosseo describes its ROI Dashboard as a place to view rankings, SERP features, AI citations, calls, leads, forms, intakes, reviews, retainers and revenue signals. The public product description also says leads can be classified by case type and that source attribution can connect a lead with a channel and page. Those labels matter for a Marlton firm because a call from someone in the service area is not automatically a qualified matter, and a ranking is not automatically a signed case.
Recommended approach
Before relying on the dashboard, ask Bosseo to walk through the definitions that will apply to your account. Confirm how the firm will distinguish potential new clients, current clients, vendors and other contacts; how case types will be assigned; and which events count as a lead, matter, retainer or revenue entry. Keep the geographic question precise: decide whether the firm is reviewing Marlton alone, Burlington County, New Jersey, or another service area. Do not use the Marlton population estimate as a substitute for those definitions.
