1. Define what “ROI” means before you read the board
A dashboard can display many signals without resolving what each signal means. Bosseo’s public description says its ROI Dashboard brings together rankings, SERP features, AI citations, calls, leads and case-type information. It also describes leads as contacts classified as Potential New Client, with Current Client and Other treated separately. Those definitions matter for a firm serving Little Ferry because a call from someone in the borough is not automatically a qualified matter, and a ranking is not automatically a retained case. The Little Ferry geography is specific: it is a borough in Bergen County, not a synonym for every nearby municipality or the entire New Jersey market.
Recommended approach
Before adopting the dashboard, ask Bosseo to show the exact definitions for ranking, lead, case type, call outcome, source and revenue. Decide whether your internal review will separate Little Ferry from broader Bergen County and other service areas. Require an agreed explanation for how contacts outside the borough are handled rather than treating population or location as evidence of legal demand.
