1. Start with the unanswered-call path, not a population assumption
The Census identifies Holiday City-Berkeley as a CDP in Ocean County. Its population estimate is useful for describing the community you serve, but it does not show how many people call a law firm, when they call, or how many would become clients. Review your own phone records instead: unanswered calls, after-hours calls, busy-line events, voicemail messages and the time between a message and a callback. Bosseo’s public AI Answering description says the firm’s team receives the first ring and the AI answers when nobody picks up within 20 seconds. It also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow.
Recommended approach
Ask whether the proposed response path covers the hours and situations your Holiday City-Berkeley service area actually produces. Use your records to decide which unanswered calls need immediate attention, which can wait for the next business day, and which should route to an existing team member.
