What does Lead Attribution show for a lead?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes a lead record that can include the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers. It also describes connecting calls and later outcomes to the journey. Ask Bosseo to confirm which fields would be available in your firm’s configuration.
Can it distinguish Heathcote from Middlesex County?+
Geographic reporting depends on how location is collected and represented. Heathcote is a CDP in Middlesex County, but those are not interchangeable labels. Ask how your firm’s intake and reporting would preserve that distinction.
Will attribution prove that Heathcote has legal-service demand?+
No. The Census population estimate provides geographic context only. It does not prove search activity, competition, inquiries, cases or revenue. Attribution can help you review your firm’s recorded journeys; it is not a demand study.
Does the service include intake answers?+
Bosseo’s public page says intake answers are attached to the journey. Before proceeding, ask which answers can be connected, who can access them and how your firm’s existing intake process would be represented.
Can phone calls be included?+
Bosseo states that calls can join the same journey record, with the transcript, case-type tag and web journey connected. Confirm the requirements, permissions and data handling for your firm rather than assuming every call will be matched.
How should we judge whether attribution is useful?+
Begin with a defined question, such as whether you can connect an inquiry to a page, channel and later matter stage. Review data completeness and geographic labeling before making a budget decision. A useful system should support inspection of your firm’s actual records, not require unsupported assumptions about demand or performance.
