1. Start with the geography you actually want to measure
Florence CDP is recorded in Burlington County, New Jersey. A firm may serve Florence alone, Burlington County, a broader New Jersey area or several metropolitan markets, but those are different geographic scopes. Population data cannot tell you which scope produces inquiries. The dashboard page says it can show tracked service-and-city targets, city data and leads by case type. That makes geographic definition an early review item: a Florence target should not be confused with a county target, and either should not be treated as statewide performance.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing results, write down the exact places that belong in the measurement plan. Ask which location labels appear beside rankings, calls, leads and pages, and whether a Florence inquiry can be distinguished from one associated with another place. Treat the 5,242-person Florence estimate as context for the CDP only, not as a forecast or performance baseline.
